Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing code for the analysis of tool data, bridging the gap between raw data and customer interpretation
  • Ideate, design, prototype, test and communicate software components in response to identified technology/data analysis/market application gaps within realistic and defined timescales
  • Work effectively both individually and within a Development and Engineering team to fully understand how the context of the data impacts the design of appropriate data analysis tools
  • Work with the engineering team to effectively transition modules from R&D to an engineering software team to facilitate rapid incorporation into customer-facing software

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process both PO and Non-PO supplier invoices accurately, obtaining approval for invoices where necessary
  • Checking, coding and processing Employee Expense claims, following company policies
  • Answering the phone and greeting visitors
  • Booking meeting rooms, restaurants and taxis for staff and visitors
  • Collection and distributing mail
  • Organising on-site catering for visitors
  • Assist with arranging staff social events
  • Checking on stock for kitchen and stationery and liaising with purchasing to place orders when required
  • Preparing meeting rooms for customer visits
  • Putting out lunch for the visitors and tidying up afterwards
  • Keeping the kitchen area tidy
  • Other Ad hoc tasks as required

  • Responsibility for compiling and maintaining project plans
  • Keep individual project documentation up to date, revising as appropriate to meet changing circumstances and requirements

  • Own and maintain the electronic architectures of Infinitesima products, including current and legacy systems and the roadmap for future development.
  • Perform development activities to innovate new electronic solutions, create new features and improve performance of existing and new products.
  • Work hands-on with the equipment and apparatus to evaluate the performance of concept and implemented designs.
  • Guide the PCB layout process, defining constraints and requirements for third party contractors.
  • Manage, develop and represent existing electronics team to be effective functional lead working in a matrix development environment.
  • Work effectively and flexibly as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Support manufacturing and service in fault finding, component shortages, and obsolescence.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels with a diverse set of peers, customers, and vendors.
