  • Be the primary customer contact for applications of Infinitesima products
  • Support business development, through running samples, presenting data, writing reports, conference presentations and other means

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for compiling and maintaining project plans
  • Work with individual project managers to keep individual project documentation up to date, revising as appropriate to meet changing circumstances & requirements
  • Compare plans for all projects to identify conflicts such as in the used of key resources
  • Provide regular updates for individual projects
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored & updated within the company’s systems
  • Ensure project resource requirements are matched to company resources in terms of people, build capacity and test equipment
  • Propose modifications to process/documentation to increase quality & efficiency
  • Monitor the performance & up-time of all company products, both in-house & at customer sites
  • Write & maintain technical documents to improve fault finding & installation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Specify the overall system design, define contributions from mechanics, optics, electronics, and software
  • Define and maintain system functionality breakdowns to mechanical, electronic, optical and software modules
  • Work hands-on with equipment and apparatus to build in-depth understanding of machine operating characteristics and performance gains of implemented designs
  • Evaluate and maintain system performance budgets – understand how each module contributes to total system performance
  • Feed forward learning from integration testing into new designs
  • Support applications, manufacturing and service in fault identification and resolution
  • Communicate effectively at all levels with diverse set of peers, customers, and vendors
  • Work effectively and flexibly as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and support of products at customer sites across the world
  • Provide support, remotely and at customers facilities, including fault finding, repair and installation of product upgrades
  • Managing the product acceptance process from installation through to customer sign-off; spending up to 6 months working at customer sites abroad
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors; provide insight on customer opinions and priorities
  • Training, mentoring, and coaching of distributor service teams
  • Monitor the performance and up-time of all company products, both in-house and at customer sites
  • Write and maintain technical documents to improve fault-finding and installation
  • Able to travel to customer sites across Europe, USA and Asia, travel may reach 50% and be at short as well as planned notice

  • Build and test complex subassemblies and assemble the tools to the necessary standard according to documentation
  • Identify and report problems with manufacturing
  • Assist the manufacturing team in maintaining and improving processes and manufacturing quality

  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness within the production and cleanroom areas
  • Kitting of assemblies to the BOM when required
  • Quality and Stock Control when required
